Marcia Fritz & Company has provided accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to a variety of small bussinesses, nonprofit and governmental clients for 25 years. We consist of two CPAs and three paraprofessionals. We have strategic alliances with national and regional CPA firms which increases our capacity to respond rapidly when unique issues arise. The firm also provides business valuations, litigation support and accounting and consulting services to small businesses.
The firm has been located in Citrus Heights since 1985. As a result, we understand the issues, the economy, the people and the culture. Beginning in 2002, the firm invested considerable resources in obtaining 300 hours of training and implementing management systems developed by Sterling Management Systems. Sterling Management Systems has assisted over 600 CPA firms like ours and has been honored by Inc. 500 magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies. Since implementing their ethics and business success programs, our firm has greatly improved in our ability to consistently provide consulting and audit services to our clients in a timely, accurately and efficiently manner. From this management service, Marcia has developed and conducted ethics training sessions as part of our management consulting services. Each session is customized based on the company's policies and procedures emphasizing active participation by management and employees.
